# NEEC: Normative Economic Evaluation Criteria

> NEEC compares economic systems against one fixed set of 29 normative criteria in five domains. Each criterion is scored 1.0, 0.5 or 0.0, clause by clause against its Pass Threshold; a 0.0 is a structural failure, and a system's tier depends only on its number of structural failures (0 to 2 Potentially Adequate, 3 to 5 Partially Adequate, 6 or more Structurally Inadequate). Version 2.0 scores are published on the site. Authors: Duke Johnson and Claude (Anthropic). Duke Johnson designed CCO-PTF-CIP-SZH, one of the scored systems. Licence: CC BY 4.0.
